Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms cover your use of layothedeveloper.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About this site
The site is run by Laniya Molayoninujesu, trading as Layò the developer, based in Lagos, Nigeria. It presents my work and services and lets you get in touch. Contact: [email protected].
Using the site
- Use the contact and booking forms only for genuine enquiries.
- Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Don't send spam, malicious code or anything unlawful through the forms.
Content and ownership
The design, text, code and graphics of this website, including the Layò name and logo, belong to me unless stated otherwise. Projects shown in the portfolio belong to their respective clients and are shown with permission. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content without written permission.
Enquiries, quotes and projects
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract. Each project is governed by a written proposal and a signed service agreement. That agreement sets the scope, price, timeline and payment terms, and it takes precedence over anything on this website. In summary, my standard terms are:
- Fixed-price projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
- You own the work produced for you once it is paid in full.
- Every project includes 30 days of fixes for anything that doesn't work as agreed.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Information on the site is general and isn't professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Links to other sites
The site links to services such as Cal.com, GitHub, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Privacy
How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
